Roseann is the Operations and Client Services Lead for Rangel Real Estate Group, overseeing the systems, processes, and day-to-day coordination that keep transactions moving smoothly from contract to close. She works closely with agents​, partners and clients to ensure every detail is handled with accuracy, efficiency, and care. She also plays a key role in onboarding and training new agents, helping them build confidence in the team’s systems and workflow from day one.

With over 30 years of experience in administrative operations, accounting, payroll, and human resources, Roseann brings a strong, steady leadership style and a solutions-focused approach to every part of the business. She is known for keeping things organized, moving, and done right.

A native San Antonian, she takes pride in serving her community. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family, traveling with her husband and daughter, and caring for her two dogs.
